Customer Rating: Summary: You get what you pay for. Comment: I bought this unit from Costco. A few weeks later, most of time it turns OFF by itself without any indication. I had to check periodically its flashing blue light making sure that the unit is still ON. Finally, I have another problem. Its not charging any more. I should get better device for more money... I do not recommend this unit.
Customer Rating: Summary: Not Good Comment: This device was very awkward to use: from charging, re-connecting/syncing with the phone, and answering/disconnecting calls. The sound quality on both ends was fine. Ultimately I had to be return it because it stopped syncing, which was already a hassle, after three weeks (even though a pairing could be initiated, very odd).
Hopefully there's a better product out there, as "hands free" is definitely the way to go. This product is not the answer though - unless you're looking for a gadget that will make you want to pull your hair out of your head!
Customer Rating: Summary: too bad! Comment: My boss bought this but it wouldn't sync with his Motorola Razor but it did sync with my Samsung T629 fine. Sound quality was nice...turning it on was a pain for me though...and I didn't like the buttons being sooooo close together...I did hang up by mistake on my sister...sorry girl...my bad! We sent this back and picked something else for him...crossing our fingers that device works now....sigh...what an ordeal this has been just to get the guy a device that's easy to use...and works well!!
Customer Rating: Summary: Dead Unit Comment: Bought this for the new California law, and haven't been able to use it. Charged it overnight, so I should have been able to use it the next day, but it wouldn't respond to anything I did. I tried plugging it in again, pushing every button on the unit, turning it on, pairing it... nothing works. Not necessarily indicative of the product, maybe just a faulty unit, but it left a bad taste in my mouth, so to speak. Decided to get another one, the Tritton AX (great reviews all over the net). Sometimes going cheaper isn't better.
Customer Rating: Summary: Does not 'Get Along' with Pantech Duo Comment: I could NEVER get it to connect with Pantech Duo. I thought maybe it was operator error, however my friend couldn't do it either. Even emailed the company with no response, so I'm back to my bluetooth ear.
It does power up and charge, so it may work effectively with other brands of phones.
