With Gerber, I think the sizes run small so order one up from what you actually need. They are nice for summer though because they are very thin.

I have a tiny four year old and I have to really stretch them but he is autistic and likes to take off his diaper without a onesie on. I have to have larger sizes and I would have liked it if these had the same nice stretch to them as other onesies I have purchased.
