Comment: As someone who tries to be prepared for just about anything, I bought one of these as a back-up for my FZ28. The packaging of the battery says this should be good for up to 280 images. I kept waiting for it to die and even played around even more than usual to see what I could get out of this thing. I believe I got somewhere between 425 and 450 shots taken and at least 30 or 40 minutes of just messing with settings and whatnot.
This is just a fantastic item... so far. I'm sure I'll be putting it to the test this holiday season. Highly recommend. For the price, you'd be crazy to buy anything else. Don't bother with the $5 and $7 or $8 knockoff's from flee markets and back alleys. If you want to spring for the genuine article from Panasonic, go for it, but this is definitely a worthy subsitute at 1/4 of the price.

Summary: Great 2nd. battery
Comment: This battery lasts for hundreds of pics. Fits the Panasonic DMC-FZ28, the older FZ18, FZ12's. I once worked for a A/V retailer that sold this battery. I personally sold quite a few of these with no customer problems. When I wanted a 2nd. battery for my FZ28, I knew which one and Amazon's price is excellent.
