Summary: Not accurate for me
Comment: The unit I bought has never given consistent readings. In the same sitting, in the same place, with the same cuff position I get readings that vary from 142 to 125. Most of them were in the low 130's though, so I was concerned about the possibility of prehypertension. I went to the doctor's office with the Sumsung Monitor. The nurse got a reading of 112 and I said that is way lower than the Samsung Monitor indicated. She said that she was using a cuff that might be a bit big so she switched to the next smaller cuff and got a reading of 120. I immediately tried the Samsung monitor while still sitting in the same place the same way and got a reading of about 135. When the doctor came in I told her about the results I was getting. She said that she has an elderly father that has high blood pressure and because she lives too far away to check on him daily, she bought him a Omron Blood Pressure monitor that seems to be fairly accurate. I had looked at the Omron's on Amazon but I saw the positive reviews of the Samsung that cost about $20 less, so I thought I'd save some money. It appears that was a bad choice. I'll probably throw the Samsung away and order an Omron (which I hope lives up to its positive reputation so I won't have ended up wasting even more money).

Summary: Samsung Deluxe Blood Pressure maching
Comment: After using this machine for one month, I found it to be very accurate. I calibrated the machine with my doctor and the reading was within 1 degree of accuracy, even he was surprised! Also calibrated to my neighbor's machine and it was very close. I am totally satisfied with this system and would recommend it to all.

Comment: I bought this item for my mom and granddad and found it is very simple to use due to their big buttons and according to my physician it is very accurate, this is the second time I buy this item since I found it is a very good device and you pay a very reasonable price for it.
