Comment: I found the set up to be much easier than other remotes I have used in the past. Its functionality is outstanding. The keys are a little small but the positives clearly out way the negatives. I would strongly recommend the Harmony 880 to anyone looking for a compact remote that can handle all the needs of a home theater system.

Summary: I love this remote
Comment: I absolutely Love this remote. I have 3 of them. I also have the Harmony remote for the 360 al though tI wore it out and replaced it with one of these. This remote is great. It may take you a few times at the computer to get it the way you want due to the fact that you can program so much on it but once you learn your way around it it is really not that bad. The software is easy to follow and I like the fact that they save your settings on their server so you can recall them from other computers if needed. One thing I must say is you have to know you way around windows pretty good to use the software. The software does access the internet so you may need to disable your firewall software when you program the remote. They do have instructions on this and help is just a phone call away. My favorite part about this remote is the fact that with all the components I have that you only have to touch one buttl to turn everything on.

Comment: This is the first universal remote I have owned and I love it. I had 4 remotes (TV, DVR, CD/DVD, VCR) and it replaced them all. I love the one touch button function to play a movie or watch TV. Great for my wife that doesn't know what remote goes with what and what each device needs to be set at. Also, nice color screen and feels great in your hand. The only reason I didn't get it 5 stars is the fact that you do have to make sure it beeps when you put in in the docking station or it will not charge. The docking station could be a little better, but still not bad. The other reason is the buttons. They all feel the same and are all pretty smooth between one another, so it's real easy to push the wrong button. Over all, I would recommend this to others. It was between this one and the Harmony One, but this has more 1 touch functions compared to the that remote.
