Summary: Surprisingly Strong!
Comment: When I took it out of its package, I thought - "This will never hold my knives". What a surprise I received when I raised the bar up with three of my large knives attached to it. I don't know why I associated the light weight of this strip with its magnetic ability to hold many knives - but I did and I was wrong. Its the perfect length for the wall space I prepared. It's also super easy to install. The necessary hardware is attached to the back of the strip. I can now free up a drawer previously used to hold knives - This is a great space saver. Thanks for offering!
