Comment: I bought this cd to help me through a rough period of anxiety and agoraphobia. I listened to it once and was hooked! It's beautiful music and it really does seem to help calm the soul. Sometimes I listen to it as I walk, and always as I'm falling asleep at night. I copied it to my mp3 player and listen to it as I go about my day. I think it must have some healing quality as my anxiety has abated quite a bit and I feel pretty good. And the music is lovely - I never tire of it!

Comment: I really like the music and play it each day to unwind and relax. The music changes to bring you into a very relaxed state. This is great after a hectic day. I also play it when I have trouble falling asleep.

Comment: I purchased this on the recommendation from a friend who had surgery. While preparing for my surgery I listened to the CD during the day, the day of surgery and afterwards when I returned to my room. I continue to use this as part of my recovery. Excellent CD and considerate it an enhancement to my quick recovery.

Comment: I purchased this CD for myself for relaxation purposes. I am so delighted with it that I have purchased several for gifts.
I have never really heard the entire CD because I always fall asleep, but it is most enjoyable and helpful for relaxing and healing.
