Summary: Great Board.
Comment: Purchased this as a gift for my 12 year old son. The board is very well made and sturdy. He has really enjoyed riding it and it has a big initial WOW factor. However, the wheels on this board are the weak link in my opinion. They do not spin anywhere near as well as decent skateboard wheels. Adding oil helped some but I would say this board is definitely NOT for flat terrain. On small hills the rolling resistance of the wheels kills your momentum quickly. Long, steep hills are where the board really shines. Due to the number of wheels (12) maybe the manufacturer could put higher quality wheels on the board without driving the price too high.
Bottom line. If you live in a hilly area or plan to use this at a skatepark, this is a great board. Otherwise, it might not be worth the $$$.
