This stollen is a Christmas morning tradition served warm with butter and European-style coffee. The twenty-six ounce stollen serves 10-12 and will keep for six months in a cool dry place if tightly wrapped, longer if frozen (do not refrigerate). To make your stollen more moist, simply toast lightly and spread with soft butter. For a little extra sweetness, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
