Comment: Callanetics is a fantastic approach to exercise. It involves lots of stretching and concentrates on protecting the spine and back. It quickly firms up all areas of the body without any jerking motions or locking of the joints. Callanetics is a safe and proven method of improving your feeling of well being. I would recommend this program to anyone of any age.
I had "Callanetics 10 Years Younger in 10 Hours" on tape for over 20 years. My reason for THIS purchase was that I eventually wore out the VHS tape and decided to purchase the program on DVD.

Comment: The workout is great and really does produce results quickly. I ordered this DVD for a friend from Trillion and after over a month have still not received it. I have written numerous emails and have received no response. I will never order from them again!!!

Comment: With all the hype for this exercise, I was actually very very disappointed. I Hate boring pilates and this is basically just like it..... To bad.....I definitely would not recommend this for anyone who is active...this is for someone who NEVER workout at all...

Summary: Looks easy, but...
Comment: I joined a diet forum and was checking the exercise section for tips in my workout, when I happened across a thread devoted entirely to Callanetics. Not really knowing what it was, I looked at the before and after pictures, watched a few YouTube videos and thought to myself, "If I can look like *that* just by doing that simple stuff, sign me up!"
Then I got it home and actually did the workout. The reps vary from 5-10 to a whopping 100! What seemed easy at first gets ever more difficult the longer you do it, but anyone without a physical disability can do it--it's that easy. I absolutely love it. I still lift weights and power walk occasionally, but I do Callanetics five times a week now. I have to force myself to take the weekends off.
The results? In three weeks I've shaved 2 inches on my bra strap area, 1.75 inches from each thigh, and an inch off my waist. I've gone from size 10 to size 8. I've only lost 3 pounds during this time, so I attribute a great deal of my success to Callanetics. Try it; you won't be sorry.
