Comment: I decided to buy these when the cortizone shots stopped working. I figured, its cheaper than going back for another surgery. It has made a WORLD of difference. It takes some getting used to, but I put the spacer in as soon as I get home from work and commence to jogging, walking, or even just putting my slippers on. It has definitely relieved the pain, Whew....Very Happy.
