Comment: i have been using this cream for years. it prevents scarring. it helps wounds heal faster. it leaves your skin unbelievably soft. they use to sell it at cvs but its not carried anywhere now. there are similar brands but none at the 28000 iu. great stuff!!

Summary: miracle? no, science.
Comment: ive only used this for a day. i just received in the mail yesterday and used it right away then once again before i went to sleep. and let me tell you, it works wonders! my acne scars (mostly superficial) have gone down more this morning than it has in months. i have no doubt that it will all be gone in couple weeks as other reviewers have claimed. i am not too surprised since i have a very sensitive and reactive skin. thats why i had a breakout in the first place- by riding a bike in the polluted air of LA without any protection. (the sensible bikers here wear a mask to cover their whole face). another pleasant side effect is that my hands are much smoother after handling the cream and also the scar on it has improved even faster than ones on my face. i had a scar on it for two months that was discolored. but this morning, the coloration has almost disappeared. i cannot be happier with this product. it is truly the best cosmetic purchase ive ever made. my only wish is that i would have gotten it sooner.

Summary: I love this stuff!
Comment: This is the BEST cream for dry skin! I use it on my face nightly (and occasionally in the a.m.; it can take a while to absorb, so if you use it in the morning you may look oily) and wake up to smooth, baby soft skin. It definitely improves the appearance of fine lines that appear in your thirties. It is also a great hand and foot cream. I only wish I had discovered it years ago!

Comment: Honestly, I really wish this product was fragrance free. I am going to try the Aloe version for sensitive skin, but it doesn't have the same amount of Vitamin E.. But, I am re-ordering today.. and several more jars that before. I have never been through a dry skin winter like this past one has been and come out with my skin in such good shape. I have never found a product that tops it!

Comment: I like this cream b/c it leaves my face feeling nice and smooth. I think its a great moisturizer. I've only just started using it for a couple of weeks, so I'm not sure if its helping with the wrinkles yet, LOL. It has a pleasant smell too, spreads easily and is not greasy. I have sensitive skin and it has not caused my face to break out. On the whole its a nice cream, only time will tell if it delivers on "smoothing fine lines".
