Summary: Great tea!
Comment: This is a great product. I first used some in September 2007 for a month as a cleanser. I decided I wanted to use it again at the recommended time (every 6 months), and am finishing up my "run". I think it helps me on a hormonal level; I'm at the stage in life when I don't always get a good night's sleep, and at times have feelings of extreme bloatedness, fatigue, etc. Flor-Essence makes that all go away. I plan to use it every 6 months for as long as I can.

Summary: It really kills early or middle phase cancers
Comment: 6 years ago, I was desperate trying to find a natural remedy for my brother's early phase liver cancer since surgery will almost destroy the body and my brother won't live long after that and he was too young to lose life. Luckily my coworker suggested me to try Essiac Cancer Remedy so I bought Flor-Essense which is based on the original Essiac formula. I did a through research on the Essiac and believed this tea was going to save my brother's life and it DID. He is still well till now. Later I suggested this tea to a few more cancer patients and the results are promising. Two of them with early cancers were healed; the doctor just couldn't find any cancer trace on the pre-scheduled surgery table. There are 2 late phase cancer patients (late means cancer had been spread to different organs and the person was dying), who drank the tea and lived a few more months and died peacefully without any pain and sufferings, which proved that the book is true stating that the tea helps with a painless death if it's a Terminal cancer. For more information about this tea, you may read related books on "Essiac". I hope more western people will believe that the best heal is often the most nature and simple way which God created in the very beginning.

Comment: I believe this tea really works. Ten years ago I had cancer in my throat. I went through the usual "cut, burn, & poison treatments." Then a friend who had cancer in both lungs sent me some Flor-Essence to try. I used up what she sent and bought more. She told me her story that convinced me to try it, They were going to do surgery on one lung at a time. When that one healed they would do the other one. While she was recovering from the first surgery she started drinking Flor-Essence. When it was time to have the surgery on the other lung they ran some tests to see how bad the cancer was. There was no cancer where there had been before.
Recently I went in to have them check my prostate and after having a biopsy they found cancer. (less than 1%) The Dr. wanted to do surgery right away. I declined and went to Amazon and ordered the tea. I'm not saying you should do this but after the treatments I took the first time and how it has taken my strength, destroyed my thyroid, and having to have all my teeth pulled. I don't think my body could go through that again.
To sum it up. I for one believe it works. If you want some interesting reading get "The Essiac Report" It deserves to be read.

When I first ordered this tea I thought it would be in small tea packets for daily use, but there are actually three large 0.74 oz/21g packets of "Dry Herbal Tea Blend."
After trying to make the tea the first time, the second packet was so easy to make. You simply boil the ingredients in water and then let the tea sit out on the counter (I put it in Pyrex container and covered it with plastic wrap) for 10 hours. This is great to do overnight or you can start the process early in the day. Once the tea has been made, it can be stored in the refrigerator.
When the instructions said to "chew" the tea before swallowing, I could not understand why. Then, when trying the second tea packet, there were many small pieces of herbs that were sort of fun to chew up before swallowing.
The taste of this tea is somewhat interesting when it is undiluted. They recommend diluting this with water, but I found cranberry juice to be far more appealing. I could not swallow the tea as well without mixing it with an equal amount of slightly flavored water or a juice.
This formula is also a cancer tonic that was originally popularized by a Canadian nurse, Rene Caisse. She received the original formula from a woman who survived breast cancer after sipping a cancer tonic given to her by the Ojibway Indians. Now more than 200,000 people take this tea each month.
Results you can expect from using this product:
Increased Energy - I feel that this removes toxins from my body because my mind seems more clear.

Decrease in the change of illness - The body can get rid of foreign items when detoxing.

One of the good side effects ( I haven't noticed any negative side effects) was a calm descending on me so maybe this does help to clean out negative emotions.
Dosage Recommendations (see packet, but this gives you an idea):
For adults - 2 ounces of the tea diluted with water ( I like juice)
For Children - Ask your doctor, they say 1 ounce twice daily.
For Pets - They have various weights and ounces and you can put the tea on pet food.
When using this tea, you do have to stir it up a bit. It will look like it has divided into two mixtures. One is clear and the other is more mucilaginous (from the Slippery Elm bark and Burdock root) with fine sediment. Once you mix it up it is quite palatable.
