Astonishing, aptly describes this remarkable tea. The top two leaves & bud that have undergone the Yin Hao process of jasmine scenting are then rolled into a small pearl. Phoenix Pearls slowly open at the bottom of your cup as you enjoy the aromatic enticement, happily taking more hot water when required. A soft, gentle, aromatic taste beautifully cleansing & refreshing, this is a tea to be experienced. Place 5 to 10 Pearls in a cup add hot water, drink when the pearls unfurl.
