Summary: Great for relaxing
Comment: I have frequent headaches and low back problems. The Chi Machine works great to help keep my muscles in those areas relaxed. Variable speeds are a big plus. The only problem I've had to work out is when using the neck option. Due to the depth of the machine, you need to use pillows or something to get your body the level of the massage area. Once you've done that, it's wonderful!

Comment: If you saw my review of the Chi Swing, you know that I didn't think much of it. That basically leaves a choice between this and the chi vitalizer. I liked this unit more because the third "hump" provided an excellent neck massage, unlike any other model I've seen. The only thing better about the Vitalizer was that it's slowest setting was at a lower threshold than the DL (so it gives you more flexibility). The neck massage is really the way to go.
