Once this wrap is all nice and toasty and I sit down I slide the pack down my back and lean back on my chair. I honestly do not feel any back pain for hours until I stand. I use it at times on my hips when laying down and it does help some.
I am sure anyone who has pain will try anything to be pain free. this product is a winner and I am considering purchasing a second one to use against my hip while seated.
