Summary: Good stuff. What a relief.
Comment: I'd tried numerous other fiber products but found most to be of very little help. My doctor suggested FiberCon and I decided to try it out. Since I've been using FiberCon everything seems to be working properly.

Comment: I have constipation for two weeks and the doctor prescribed fibercon and citrucel to me. I bought fibercon in Walmart for 14.5 dollars. However, I didn't see any effect after taking for three days.
To test its' quality, I put a capsule in a glass of water overnight to see what it would do. I expected to see a glass full of fluffy bulk, but the next day there sat the caplet, looking exactly the same as it did when I put it in the water. I poked at it and it fell apart, and looked like a tiny pile of kapok, then I put hot water in it, it does not change very much!
I am very regretful to buy this product!
