In addition to pairing with bread, try spooning this seductively piquant marmalade over ice cream or using to make a tangy crostata di marmellata. Made with organic fruit picked at the peak of freshness and made in small batches using an old family recipe (the company has been in continuous operation by the same family for 800 years!). The marmalades are currently made by one of the daughters of the fashion industry's famed Ferragamo family.
